Refund and Returns Policy

Customers who purchase drugs through our website are recommended to read the return and refund policy at least once. This will provide them with an overview of some of the policies that we have posted on our website. This can also help the customer and us prevent further confusion and harassment.

You might want to consider the following points:

Your order will be confirmed.

We will send you an email confirming the order details, which will include all the characteristics of the drugs and their costs, once you have completed the order, which is before the payment page or process.

After that, you must process the order and make the payment online. Following the successful placement of your order, you will receive a final acknowledgement confirmation from our end, which will include the total order value as well as the expected delivery time.

If we are unable to place your order or a partial order owing to the product being sold out of our inventory, we will include this in our final acknowledgement bill.

Confirmation of Delivery

Your order(s) will most likely be dispatched within 24-48 hours after being processed. You will receive an email with a shipment confirmation number, order tracking links, and information on how to contact us if you have any questions.

Understanding the customs

Mygenmeds sells its products not only within India’s borders but also internationally. As a result, if you are ordered as a foreign citizen, you must have more time on your hands. Because your shipment will very certainly be subjected to a customs inspection when it arrives at the airport or port, which could create extra delays.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs because such delays are beyond our control. Typically, after customs clearance, your cargo will be sent to a local courier office, where the local delivery procedure will commence.

It’s now your turn to receive the package.

Our packages are often delivered within a few days for local and territorial zones. However, there may be delays due to unforeseeable situations such as customs delays, natural disasters, political disturbances, and state upheaval or shutdown.

For foreign orders, we will need more time. We usually don’t take longer than 2 to 3 weeks to upload the final order placed on our site.

However, keep in mind that there will be a customs inspection, which may create delays.
It is the customer’s responsibility to track their box and shipments and to contact us for further assistance if their delivery has not been delivered after 14 days.

Reshipments of Lost orders:

Mygenmeds will reship or reimburse any orders that are lost. It is critical to notify customer service within 8 weeks of the purchase being dispatched to the customer if there is a delay in receiving it. As soon as the order is reported as lost, a refund or reshipment is made. Any report submitted within 8 weeks of the deadline will not be accepted or returned.
Replacement of an order placed with the mygenmeds is subject to the following conditions:

• If the product takes longer than 7 days to arrive, as stated in the shipping details of the product.
• The mentioned shipment date is correct.
• The order is charged for the replacement policy if the buyer places the purchase at the incorrect address.

Policy on returns and refunds

If the client receives a shipped order with a damaged or tampered seal, the customer must notify it within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

After checking everything, if you place a refund or return order within 7 days, we will arrange for a reshipment and pickup of the damaged items.

Orders received after 7 days are not eligible for returns or refunds.
